Meet the Founder
Cocoon Room was founded after many years as a coach, mentor, group facilitator and healing practitioner led me to a deeper experience of healing and growth that has altered the way I work and live. As an energetically sensitive woman parenting three neurodivergent children, my daily life is a training ground for cultivating balance and inner spaciousness. Since early 2023 I have been deeply immersed in a new energy healing methodology that has brought profound shifts to the well-being of myself and my family. Cocoon Room is a celebration of ten years of work supporting women, alongside the new that is emerging with Peiec Energy Healing.
Over the years I have recognised that sensitive systems require a different approach to life – self-paced, slow and kind – with room to cocoon when needed. This inspired the creation of Cocoon Room as a sanctuary for sensitives, deep feelers, seekers, empaths, creatives and neurodivergent folks. Today I practice balance as a mentor, energy healing practitioner and creator of experiences that encourage women to explore the relationship to their inner Self, and cultivate kinder ways to navigate life. My presence brings empathy, warmth and inspiration to the inner process of self-discovery, self-nurture, healing and growth.
A Gentle Path To Wholeness
It’s my greatest joy to support women to awaken to the beauty of themselves and their lives. As a mentor I walk beside others, assisting them to navigate their individual path of healing and the embodiment of their life and purpose. With an understanding of sensitive systems, neurodivergence and the importance of nervous system regulation, I share gentle wisdom, self-care resources, practical tools and piece energy healing to assist you on your path toward wholeness.
