Cocoon Room offers a kinder way to move through life – together in community – with a growing library of resources that you can dip into at your own pace. Why a Cocoon?
A cocoon is a safe, quiet space to retreat when you a moving through a period of growth and transformation. It is also the name my clinic space was affectionally given by clients. The name stuck and evolved into this new website in 2023. Over the years I have learned that cultivating balanced well-being is an ongoing evolution, in which we cycle through seasons of letting go, cocooning, restoring and re-emergence. Cocoon Room was created for women who want to better recognise where they are in these cycles, grow inner resources and increase their capacity to move through life with greater ease, beauty and meaning.
What does Cocoon Room offer?
Self-paced resources and individual support.
Depending upon where you are in your journey, Cocoon Room offers self-paced experiences, 1:1 mentoring, energy healing sessions or a combination of all three. Also on offer is a free dip your toe in experience to explore foundational practices to help reduce overwhelm. The Resource Hub is a self-paced library hosted on an online platform making it easy to access and engage at times that suit you. Mentoring and healing sessions can be held online, with an in-person option being added soon.
